- Other information submitted by the business
Businesses must ensure that they have the necessary authority and rights to submit this information.
6. Accuracy of Business Listings
Businesses are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and completeness of the information submitted to Lobex.
You must not knowingly submit:
- False information
- Misleading information
- Fraudulent business information
- Fake reviews
- Fake contact details
- Misleading pricing
- Misleading claims
- Information intended to impersonate another business
- Content that violates applicable law
Lobex may review, modify, reject, remove, or request verification of business information where reasonably necessary.
7. Business Verification
Lobex may offer verification procedures for businesses.
Verification may require information or documents that Lobex considers reasonably necessary to establish the identity, ownership, authorization, or legitimacy of a business.
Verification does not necessarily constitute an endorsement, certification, guarantee, or recommendation of a business.
Lobex may remove or revoke verification where information is inaccurate, circumstances change, or the business no longer meets applicable requirements.
8. Public Business Information
Information submitted as part of a public business listing may be displayed publicly.
You understand that publicly available business information may be viewed, accessed, indexed, shared, or linked to by users and search engines.
Do not submit confidential or sensitive information that you do not want to make publicly available.
